IDENTIFICATION: All Bidders are required to be at least 18 years of age, and have a valid Drivers License to obtain a bidders card
ADDITION OR WITHDRAWAL FROM SALE: The auction company reserves the right to sell any vehicle prior to auction start. The auction company may also add to the auction vehicles which are not listed.
AUCTIONEER: The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. However, if a dispute should arise among two or more bidders, the decision of the auctioneer shall become final and absolute.
CONDITION OF VEHICLES TO BE SOLD: All vehicles are sold AS IS WHERE IS, NO WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. All vehicles sold have been sent to independent Virginia State Safety Inspection Stations.
Test drives and mechanical inspections are welcomed and encouraged Monday- Friday 9am-8pm
WARRANTIES: Are available for purchase on most of the vehicles we sell. Please ask your sales associate or any of our staff for more information.
METHOD OF PAYMENT. Upon becoming a successful bidder, you will be required to deposit $300.00 in Cash, Money Order or any major Credit card, No personal Checks accepted. The $300 deposit you leave will hold the vehicle for you for up to 3 business days. If the balance is not paid within the 3 business days your deposit will be forfeited and the vehicle will be resold. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
The remainder balance of your purchase has to be paid by Cash, Cashiers Check, or Money Order. (DEBIT / CREDIT CARDS, & PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT EXCEPTED FOR BALANCE)
Processing Fees: The following PROCESSING FEE will be added to each and every purchase. PROCESSING FEE IS BASED OFF SALE PRICE OF VEHICLE.

[The $300 deposit will go toward your purchase and you will have 5 business days to pay the remainder balance]. All deposits received online without having test driven the vehicle are REFUNDABLE. Financing is NOT offered by SkyAuctionGroup.
THE REMAINDER BALANCE OF YOUR PURCHASE HAS TO BE PAID BY CASH, CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER, WIRE TRANSFER OR DEBIT CARD. (CREDIT CARDS, & PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT EXCEPTED FOR BALANCE PAYMENTS)
UNPAID VEHICLES: Any vehicle that has not been paid for in full within the allowed time will be resold and the deposit payment will be forfeited.
DELIVERY OF VEHICLE: All successful bidders are responsible for any and all costs for shipping the vehicle from sale location to destination. All sold vehicles must be removed from SkyAuctionGroup premises within 10 days of purchase date. Vehicles left on SkyAuctionGroup premises beyond the permitted time frame are subject to a $25 per vehicle per day fee.
